Wipes: While they might claim to be "flushable," they're definitely not. More like a plumbers nightmare! Teach your kids that even if a wipe disappears down the drain, it can wreak havoc on your plumbing system in the future. Stick to good old toilet paper and save yourself a headache.
The Flush-and-Wait Technique: After flushing, wait a few seconds before leaving the bathroom. Sometimes, things might seem fine at first, only to discover a slow drain or an impending overflow. By waiting a moment and ensuring everything goes down smoothly, you can prevent potential disasters.
Lead by Example: Kids are sponges; they soak up everything they see and hear. So, if they see you treating the toilet with care and respect, they're more likely to follow suit.
